National Property Inspections was founded in 1987 and has grow to become one of the more prominent, most well respected companies in the Residential and Commercial Building Inspection Industry. From the very beginning, NPI's Founder and President Roland Bates based the company on a simply philosophy of ethics, quality, and service. "We don't want to be the biggest, just the best property inspection company" states Roland. We trust you will find our inspectors and staff an extension of that philosophy. Should we ever fail to live up to the high standards our customers expect from us, we would like to know.

Meet Our team...

Our South Metro Denver Office began operations in January 2001. Since then, the NPI team has performed over 5,000 residential and commercial inspections and grown to be one of National Property Inspection's largest offices in the front range and nationally. We attribute our continued growth to referrals from the many satisfied customers and real estate professionals that place their confidence in us.
